NASA LANGLEY -  SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP

10-week paid internship (2 years)
During two summer internships, developed software through entire life cycle (analysis, design, implementation, testing and integration, and maintenance) in MATLAB and C programming languages to perform testing and validation on real-world sensor system (RBI). Wrote and tested over 4,000 lines of documented code. Applied JavaScript to analyze and display resulting data. Used MS Office to present outcomes of work and results of studies to Directorate. RBI budget is $200 million and is scheduled for launch in 2021.

Global Game Jam

Annual competition in which participants develop a full game from scratch over the course of a weekend.
1st year: Prepared resources for a 1st person puzzle game. Provided JavaScript coding and CAD creation of in-game models.
2nd year: Created a classic shooting gallery-style game based on the Tobii eye tracker. Used JavaScript and C# to develop the user interface and associated code.
3rd year: Developed a physics-based platformer game based on MIT's OpenRelativity. Developed entire code base in C# including movement, collision, and UI behavior.

ieeexTREME11.0
